2 sides glued.

3 sides glued.

It's going really well. After doing some research I came across a cabinet builder talking about glue. Per his recommendation I am using Elmer's Glue All since I am in absolutely no hurry. It's a great consistency to work with. I can spread it with a disposable foam brush and it doesn't make a mess. Cleans up with water while still wet and I can adjust the fabric if I am quick enough. I'm waiting about an hour between each side using a shelf to evenly distribute the weight of a head to make sure I have a smooth surface. I just have to attach the bottom in about an hour before I start the front and back edges. I will overlap the tolex about an inch at the bottom corner and use a bead of super glue to make sure that the end is very well attached.
