Which one do you feel is the most accurate representation of you as an artist???
Even when we cover a song, we impart some of our own unique style to it.
For me, it would be this cover of Rory Gallagher's 1987 hit "Road To Hell."
In this song, I arranged and played the bass lines, played the rhythm guitar parts and improvised all the solos, in addition to performing all vocal tracks
While this performance is likely average in comparison to those of others, I feel like it is the very best representation of how I interpret music and a very good example of my "in your face" tone.
This was one of the first recordings that I produced myself without a producer controlling my every note. I had total creative control over this project and it breaks all kinds of rules.
Which one of your recordings musically describes you best???
