You need a new monitor, they’re Orange . Yes they are my Chevy clan, but I sold the 69 427 3 2 barrel Vette in December 2019 when I knew we were going to retire to this place in the mountains. That house in the background was our Anaheim Hills home for 15 years, it had a 4 car garage and the right bay had a car lift. The 69 was stored on the lift and a 1970 El Camino lived underneath.

About another 5ft to go on the ceiling. Waiting for some materials to finish. I’m gonna add 1 inch Rockwool safe and sound between the hat channel on the ceiling for more sound deadening up into the living room.

Almost 10 months to the day I started with getting the floor in.

CONSTRUCTION IN THE STUDIO IS COMPLETE !

Trying to get my drywall guy in next week to quote the job. It will take about 44 sheets of 4x12 5/8” drywall. These weigh a little over 100 pounds each. They’ll have to carry over 2 tons of drywall down the stairs and then hang it !
