Still have work to go in the basement. Had the drywall guy here yesterday to quote on the last phase (he did the 3 previous phases). Going to be working with some new material called purple board. It’s used in high moisture areas. We are going to build a 160 cu ft glass wine cellar under the stairs, it’s that area with the black moisture barrier already installed.
