I know there's a lot of great people here that are within the listed areas ( socal, bay area and others) of this state mandated lockdown. I sincerely hope this doesn't hinder any of you business wise and that you can maintain your livelihoods, though from what i can see, its necessary travel only ( groceries, medically related, take out dinner orders and essential work is still ok and cleared).

To all the brothers here in this area, take care of yourselves! I wish you the absolute best and hope we can beat this aggravating piece of :poo: soon enough! Cant offer ya much other than an ear to listen to troubles and some funny conversation if you're locked down, but im always around somewhere!

In a couple years most people will be vaccinated maybe with some luck.
Until then I'm afraid we got it pretty rough.
That's the talk of the town where I'm at. We're in a locked down situation for another 3-4 weeks now at least...

Its definitely uglier than its ever been and we're all in for a rough winter Im afraid. Numbers are at unprecedented levels and rising against all beliefs. I hope you fellas out there take care and i from the bottom of my heart mean that.

I kinda like every single person ive met here and thats a rare feat in of itself lol dont want to see any of you guys getting hit hard with this, though i know some have already unfortunately faced the ugliness of this thing and its infection.
 
I have papers , I am expendable (essential)
I really don’t go anywhere but to work and back, so it does not bother me much, I entertain myself in my garage with my amps and guitars.
My wife does the shopping, and makes sure we have the important things beer an food.
I am getting fed up with the mask though.

No problem buddy. I just saw that came across and news and thought " Oh damn, thats a lot of those guys!" Hope you all take care in that mess.

And i feel ya on being an expendable! They hit us with that label right after WV went into lockdown back in March when a lot of us were in bad places to be working and getting exposed left and right. Im still in one of those places. They called us essential but then screwed us every chance they could with PPE and failure to disclose infections among us. Now they tell us we're lower in priority for the vaccines. At this moment, grocery store workers and fastfood workers have higher priority than us, while we are keeping their stuff running lol

(prop 69 the one that says life is the leading cause of death so.....uhm.......move along) ..........I am sorry for ya'll out there-- .......

here we dont listen to crap, the Gov. says "F" it ..do what ya want......and the county Sherriff says shoot em all and stack em high ............amazing the differences
I bought ammo instead of masks......my advice -- stay back six feet ...........or else

It doesn't look like my sons pub will reopen until the new year. They are all ready down to skeleton staff, opening for meals only under tier 3 isn't a viable proposition.

its really tough man, i reaLLY DO HOPE we can recover from this and your son keeps his business functioning. for me im missing out too this time of year is the busiest for cabs and im sitting at home not being able to work. i mean it wont be like other years but still something can be earned,. spoke to my fellow cabbies and they say work is better from Fri people are doing shopping for xmas.

looks like it this will be the first Xmas new year me being home and not out working. on new year last year ive don 18h shift straight :)

I use cabs as often as I can, they're my main way of getting about, so I'm doing my bit to help. :D
