Made A Rookie Mistake:

I want one of those.

As for the amp, glad to hear there was no damage. I'm such a doofus that I've taken to turning the speaker switch off on my Mark 5 when I break it down so that I can't accidentally fire it up without a load the next time. Has saved me more than once.

Smart...

I got distracted with a discussion during setup...

I'm toying with making a few changes tonight...maybe adding the 50 watt Reaper 55Hz on the one side...my bass chum has some kind of "Boss pedal that does reverb and delay simultaneously" that has me intrigued...

What I got here seems to be that the phase inverter is 1/2 tube and 1/2 MOSFET.
The wattage is controlled (limited) by the MOSFETS clipping, into the power tubes.
I don't have the real schematics, and may need to draw them right off the amp eventually.
But it seems from initial reports that this is a hybrid amplifier; not an actual / conventional tube amp. It's 1/2 solid state and 1/2 tube.
In other words, you can call it another Valvestate.

The 50 watt WGS Reaper 55Hz is a nice voicing when paired with the Jensen 80 watt Stealth. With 98.3/99.2db ratings, they are fairly well matched...

EQ settings had to be totally reworked for the speaker swap:

I spent a solid two hours on the rig last night, altering EQ's and switching guitars back and forth until I got a good tone across my range of instruments.

Soundcheck is at 10am...
