I call BS I'm sure they are fakes. It took me 2 years to dial a real Dumble into the tone zone using finger vibrato to kill the sustain no two are the same
The Steel String Singer is a rare amp only 9 ever made 4 100 watt and 5 150 watt. If so please give serial numbers and photo's

Dang nabbit... you made me do this:Quam bene vivas refert, non quam diu...

Dang nabbit... you made me do this:
QUAM BENE VIVAS REFERT NON QUAM DIU ~ IT IS HOW WELL YOU LIVE THAT MATTERS, NOT HOW LONG
There it is....the core to all....well said...Everyday, I try my best...I'm still fiercely opinionated, but at the end of the day, its what we do for others that is the true measure of our self-worth...

AMEN!at the end of the day, its what we do for others that is the true measure of our self-worth...

In my line of work, i often get invited to play certain things that some might consider rare or even obscure. One of the reasons that i enjoy my position is that i know how to maintain confidentiality.
In all candor, I find the entire Dumble situation nothing more than an opportunity for people to brag about how much they spent.
I remain unimpressed, and not just with Dumble, but with most boutique offerings.
I would prefer to play a lesser amp and invest the money into some worthwhile humanitarian projects.
Quam bene vivas refert, non quam diu...
The absolute best sounding amp that i have EVER played through is the Engl Powerball.
Those things are MONSTERS.
Best one I ever played through was a Bogner Überschall. My god, it was devastating, but I have no use for something so loud. If I ever have a suitable place to use one properly again it will be mine.
