What's in and on those burgers?
Technically. They’re more meatloaf than a standard burger. These were 50/50 ground beef/turkey. I shake in a bit of oatmeal. Egg. Worcestershire sauce. Onion, jalapeño and fresh garlic sautéd in bacon grease. Mix it all together. Grill. Top with bacon strips and cheese.What's in and on those burgers?

Always feels good when you knock one outa the park..... on the flip side. Feels pretty crappy when you burn the burgers , which I did a couple weeks ago. Oh well. Things happen.Wow! Best ribs I’ve made in a while!

I think you are going to be just fine.I think I'm gonna try out the snake/fuse method. I got some chunks of cherry on there this time, and I borrowed the water pan from ol Rusty.
I've never done it like this before, so there is potential for disaster.
