What’s on the Grill

I'm gonna try it sometime.
Actually, I'm gonna try the minion method with the kettle, too. I've been doing it that way on my brinkmann, but I still haven't figured out venting, so temp control is pretty much nonexistent so far...but the weber, with vents...:unsure:
 
Ran out of briquettes, so I grilled over wood coals tonight. Made a fire in my hunting bucket using apple wood and cherry wood.

When the bucket was a little more than half full of coals, I dumped it all in my Kettle and did this:
