What’s on ya board

My board never changes...and only two effects are ever turned off - the left EQ and Delay - everything else is on and running 100% of the time.

This board is not a palette of effects that are switched on and off for colorization. This board is my tone.

The TS is used as a clean boost. Level is up almost all the way and gain is less than 7pm

Signal Chain to Front of Amp:

Tuner---> TS---> EQ #1---> Comp---> Noise Gate

Signal Chain to FX Loop (orange cables)

Low Impedance FV30L Volume Pedal---> Delay---> EQ #2 (Solo Boost Ony)---> Chorus

Again, everything is on 100% of the time, except the dely and EQ 32. The delay is used only for solos and the #2 EQ is used as a solo boost...

So you run chorus and compression all the time?

I just received a email from Drybell. You are one of the first customers that purchased The Engine pedal.
In the box Marko also thanked me. It solved a problem my 2002 Gibson Les Paul RO opened up last November
Notes bloom out of control. My real 1958 and 1960 Les Paul Standards don't do that close but different more on the edge.
Great day got my main player back.

How do you like the Surf Rider? I've never seen it before, and just started reading up on it.

I love it. I've owned a few reverb pedals that I've ended up selling, like the T-Rex tonebug and EHX Holy Grail but ended up selling all. I found this after some research and was lucky enough to score it barely used for $90 at an auction, probably because it isn't well known over here and you basically have to order it from the manufacturer.

You won't like it if you expect a spring reverb but it also isn't plate or hall, it's kind of its own thing. Think spring reverb with a touch of slapback delay. I can't really describe it, you'd be better off listening to yout00b clips. I'd highly recommend it to anyone using reverb to add depth and space, for everything from subtle to in your face but I don't think it's for you if you're into either traditional surf music or ambient stuff.
