The OD-20 on my board is mainly used for overdrives and fuzz.
The MT-2 sim on the OD-20 can't match a real MT-2 routed directly into the FX return, IMO. It is still good, but different. Hence the actual MT-2.
The BD-2 in that pic has now gone because I could not tell the difference between the OD-20 sim and a real BD-2.
The other use of the OD-20, for me, is for amp channel switching.
A BD-2 and a 1-button Marshall footswitch take up more real estate than the OD-20. Any other features are a bonus.
As for P-90s, never had them. Though you make them sound very '
tasty'.
This is my first foray into pedalboards, and preferences will change again I'm sure. (See post #24 for the latest variation)
True, I am no purist when it comes to getting a tone I like.
But it takes all sorts, as I am sure you would conceed.
