Adrian, speaking of MORE THAN 1 ball. I have always loved and been in awe of surfing and other man vs nature feats of sport.

If you can get an hour or 2 and have cable, look for a movie called Magnetic on Netflix. These guys and at least 1 gal start off surfing 20-25 meter high waves, others ski off the top of the world, and several other " it takes balls" adventures.

I watched all of these recently, and a couple more by the same film makers and athletes...

Great stuff! It's inspired me to go looking for a wingsuit lol

Face Covering Becomes Mandatory in California

I called the Mayor.
The Mayor called the City Council.
The City Council Called the Governor.
In less than 24 hours, mandatory face covering became the rule.

If you want somebody to blame in California, it was me who did it. Me. I am responsible.

It warms my heart to think that one person can make a difference.
Now get up; go be that difference.

Protesters pull down a confederate statue.
Can we call the end to slavery a "political" issue? I think not.
Or is this a "human rights" issue?
I believe that end of slavery is not a political issue, but rather a necessity.
I tend to think that Mahatma Gandhi would have agreed; perhaps insisting that the statue be removed -instead of being torn down.

removal of history (from which we can ALL learn a lesson) is far from an intelligent-- or useful response to any situation-- the destruction of public property -- weather you agree with it or not -- is criminal and should be dealt with accordingly.
