This morning I was going through some boxes of material hidden underneath several other boxes and kind of found a treasure.
Not super proud of the situationt, but a six or seven years back some legal types from a certain prog band contacted me over a series of five straps I had made called "Supply & Command" or somesuch.
Yes, there is such a thing as a lawsuit guitar strap, well almost anyway. I never actually got trouble.
The strap series was based on a certain Canadian entrepenile character some of you might probably know, famous for living in a place called Sunnydale and for his many brain-thinking wisdoms.
Anyway the lawyers told me to cease and resist advertising this certain strap I had for sale, which under thread of law I complied.
Well, in this box this morning I found one of the series that I never completed, carefully rolled up and rubber-banded, just needing assemblication and sewing, so... what the hell?!!!
The band is done, (RIP Neil), but I sure ain't. One final "Supply & Command" is on the bench today. Huge houndstooth, black leather, some cool patches, and stripey D-ring tail adjustment.
One of the coolest damn things I've ever made.
Video Warning, salty language mixed with retardent ideas.
