Never could get the bacon weave quite right...and it took me a couple tries to figure out that you should cook the tenderloin before you stuff the pineapple with it, or else it's just a hot mess....and coring a pineapple is a royal bitch and a half.

....ehhh it's easy to fukk up. I haven't made one that actually tastes as good as it looks yet lol

Presentation is a huge part of food, I've found. Might look delicious but actually tastes like ass.

Likewise, it might look like literal poop, but tastes amazing!

Loaded up the Weber with a mix of Kingsford, cherry wood chunks, hickory wood chunks, and mesquite wood chunks...all mixed together....
