Thanks a bunch! They are unique, and they have lovely differences and similarities.

Thanks guys... I'll post the last two tomorrow, then we can choose which one is the lone survivor... yikes!

Great idea! I'd like to see them all together before Dan burns them all. Then do a family shot. Ray and I can then post our PRS family shots for a group set of PRS family's. Gotta love guitar porn at it finest![]()

I am most certainly in favour of thisHell, let’s throw Strats and Gibson family shots into the mix. This could be the mother of all guitar porn threads![]()

Korina... she is good...I used to be happier, but eESGe started to question my tube amp purchases, and it all went downhill from there; I often cry alone at night...
If we're playing the PRS game, here is one of my favourite looking guitars I've owned:

Really nice hardware too. I wasn't that fond of the standard pickup, but that's any easy swap - I felt the Korina sucked some of the wallop out of the guitar, so something a bit beefier was required.
Sounds amazing in print, and I bet 10x more live! It's a 2008 custom shop 68 heavy relic reissue in burgundy mist metallic. It's one piece swamp ash, fat neck, weighs about 7.2 lbs, super resonant, and it has the Abby Ybarra 69 pick-ups. It's the best Strat I've ever touched - and I've played a few pre CBS originals.
Love me some HSSIt's not a metal machine, that's for sure. But for pure rock, blues and jazz it's a winner. I've got other nice guitars, but they hate trying to follow this class act.
If that was my King, this would be my Queen...

And I'm really a Tele guy!
Dayum fine sonThis is a do anything guitar, 2007 American Select, one piece mahogany (I've got a thing for one piece strats.) Texas specials for the SS and a Sidewinder at the bridge. S1 coil split volume knob and the best part is the LSR roller nut. The only way it goes out of tune is if you throw it down a flight of stairs. It's fairly heavy as far as strats go.
Another great guitar - this one especially beautiful!OK... how about one more for today?
Now loving the rosewood neck on the McCarty I started getting the idea that I wanted a piezo to help me with some songs in my cover band.
It took months of searching to find the right deal and it finally came up on Reverb (a horrifying candy store).
So I pounced on this baby...
A 2012 P22 with rosewood neck and gold hardware. I changed the gold tuner buttons to ebony.
Pulled the pups and found out it was a NAMM guitar...
Super comfy Pattern regular neck, nice 57/08 pups and with the blend of piezo is incredibly versatile!
I sure must be deaf because I cannot hear as many nuances as almost 95% of our members seem to with guitar pickup choices, amp tube swaps, guitar caps, etc. Although, I can hear many glorious sounds as a guitar gets played through certain amps.
