Volume on 4, sounds a bit like the Origin amps to me!! Thanks

I find the green crunch channel on mine sounds better the higher the volume goes!
You enjoying the new tubes? Did it make a dramatic difference or just so-so? Been thinking about tubes for my DSL. I won't put anymore in my TSL as I've seen it destroy more tubes than it was worth lol lesson learned.

I usually tune to D Standard. I think we've done a couple in Drop C, and once in a while I will even drop that D string all the way down to A

It did tame the gain fizz, and I can now set the gain higher , and I agree on the green crunch, I should have went to 6

Yo, Mitch. Did changing V4 (phase inverter) do anything besides lower the volume? I have been preferring to keep the 12AX7 in the pi and using the lower gain tubes in the gain stages. I usually put a 5751 or 12AY7 in V1 and go from there.

I didn’t notice much of a volume drop, but it definitely did something that I like very much, I am really digging the Dsl40c’s for my Priest tones, it roars, with no fizz at all, but I am playing them in the 5 and up mark on volume.

Thanks cadorman, the drums unfortunately are a track we found on YouTube.

We are always looking for bass players, REAL drummers and managers too.

Just something we came up with since the original inception....still needs work.

One thing I noticed is that there aren't many teams working on music. You can find people doing things/recording things as a single pretty often; you don't find too many teams out there though....LRT and I are a team through and through. We feed off of each other's ideas all the time. One of my dreams has always been the "dueling guitars" theme. I like harmonies and playing together.
