Probably sir! I have no patience for audible power induced anomalies.
My music room has two dedicated breakers that I had installed, and wired up, soon after I bought this place. Best thing I could have done for the music room. One breaker for amplifier power outlets, and one for the recording desk/PA system. My noise floor is fairly low at idle.
I had a hospital power supply at my old place(big old box, transformer isolated, battery backup...)worked great...donated by a friend whose workplace was updating.
Sorry sir....you can start with the cheapest wall warts as suspects...I’d look at any phone charging blocks first, then move on from there. I have had this problem before...but very long ago...........................................................................

Bad guitar cable
Ground issue with the guitar
Speaker issue
Something else plugged in around the house has a ground issue
Take one piece of gear and jam at a friends house to rule out your gear
If the double wide is that old call an electrician out to be safe

If you get a power surge strip look for one with high joules.

I agree with ya!
Another thought....
If the unwanted sound is cycling on and off... maybe something plugged in around the house
that uses the power the same way may be the cause.... Like an appliance...something that kicks on then off...

If you can't find and/or eliminate the source of what is causing those noisy gremlins, you're going to have to spend a chunk of money to control it. Your own suggestion of the Furman PST6 would be the minimum to start off with, IMO. If the F-PST6 for $95 doesn't do it for you, just send it back.
