A perfect day for smoking some loinbacks, and pit beans! Mowing the lawn at a leisurely pace, and surfing the web in my favorite outdoor chair...a nice beverage to cap it off doesn’t hurt.... no food porn yet...they’re foiled with brown sugar, and honey, right now. So here’s a shot from the chair:

I put the ribs on a bed of onion slices, and fresh jalapeño slices
The coals are parted to each side of the grill. Cover for 2 hours and then sear each side for s moment and
