What’s on the Grill

This mornings projects...fall grill clean up, and my first decent sized hunk of beef brisket.

Rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a few other odds and ends...after a coating of mustard and sriracha to make it stick:

I’m mixing up the wood for this today...cherry, pecan, and a couple of chunks of hickory. Here’s hoping!
 
Swing in by, have some grub, play some tunes, have a couple of cold beers , and watch some American football!

I travel a lot for work, so you never know.........

Last time I visit the US 2018 I ended up at a fair in Vegas, fun in 2 days, the last 5 days was just weird :ROFLMAO:
