Or the question is being asked by a 14 year old whose only privacy is their bedroom
I live in a house, I use my Bogner, but I have a 1957 Fender Champ that I dearly love as well.
No amp anymore....long ago...it was different...many songs were written over morning coffee...no complaints about it either.
I do have a banjo hanging on a wall in the bedroom now though...

....it’s an ancient banjo that belonged to an ancestor....

It’s different....every time I pick it up, I feel like playing something Zeppelin-esque, or Sound Garden-ish....I don’t know why, or how else to describe it.

I don't play with an amp in the bedroom. Actually, I rarely use an amp in the house. I use a processor with headphones for practicing. I can plug a music source, like my iPhone, into my processor and practice along any time - day or night - and not disturb anybody. Even then, I normally practice in a separate room in the house.
I may sit on the bed with the guitar unplugged to practice a little, however. Come to think of it, my Les Paul is in it's case right now in my bedroom.
