I think it's crazy the price on the real Klon to be honest they sound the best over the clones.

I see the KTR Klon's going for $550.00 to $1000.00 NOS now.

I have owned the gold silver and KTR I was on a waiting list for each one.

I got a Pedal Projects Klone it's so close a little hotter Pedal Projects Klone Drive - Pedal of the Day

I'm keeping the KTR Klon.

I have a Vibe Machine. I am starting to get used to using it. It definitely likes to be at the front of the signal chain. I really like it.

I tried the KTR a couple of weeks ago, and really liked it. Much better than my J. Rockett Archer. Once I have some cash set aside, I am going to try to grab one.

It's not as harsh as the Archer. There's a smoothness to the KTR that the Archer doesn't have. If I stack pedals, it's not as noticeable. If it's a stand alone, it's a bit more noticeable. For now, I'll stick with the Archer, even though I would eventually like to get a KTR before they get too much more expensive.

I have a modified TS-9 1983 Kenny modified it for my Trainwreck Express sounds like a real Klon why ??? I don't have a clue.

A Klon is basically a diode clipper but done well You have to hear it in real life not on computer speakers then you will know

Now that I've actually used one, I want one. It sounds very different than the ultra-compressed Youtoob videos.

I watched the whole video. I'm surprised that I have never met Bill Finnegan over the years, or had one of his pedals. I know Taylor, and many people around here who have early versions of his pedals.
