Its not a FML moment, original rear caliper 150k+ miles.
So, no complaints.
The next stop after the gas station running errands allowed it to cool and we made it home ok about 3 mi.
I will tackle it shortly; over due for tire rotation anyway.

HA! I'd only have 3 to carry....I'd leave every one of those he's toting behind and have the homeowner's insurance replace them...

In 2008 we had a nasty wind blown fire that started in Corona and burned about 8 miles towards us. When it jumped the 91 freeway and was about a mile away, this was the first (and only) time we got stuff and started to load up 2 cars. Laptops, hard drives, photo albums and jewelry went in the wife's car. Eight guitars and a amp went in the back of my El Camino Both were in the driveway ready to roll but the firefighters were able to control and stop the burning towards us.

So Anyway...today has been a very bad day...my little brothers dad passed away from cancer, he was my step-father from when I was 6 until I was 13. We were very close and this hit hard.

Right after I spoke to my brother and heard this bad news my mom called...my very best friend from High School was in a horrific car wreck and he is in intensive care. His leg is broken
in many places and was basically put back together with pins and screws...he goes into surgery in the morning for a broken clavicle and he has some broken ribs and who knows what else...

What a $HITTY DAY!
