1974.......I was 5
As a kid I remember the older brother of a guy I knew playing in a band called "Perverse Prester", meaning "Perverted Priests" in English. Don't remember their music, though.Rockin Vicars------------hhhmmmmm
Here is what I know. My uncle, who inspired me to play guitar, was in a band in the 60's and 70's. The band was named "Our Gang" and they played a lot of
bars and clubs in Ohio. They actually cut one album. My uncle was lead guitarist. He played a Gretsch first in the very early 60's and then a Les Paul Custom.
His main amp was a huge Kustom with the vinyl tuck and roll and this Princeton was his practice amp and also used for small gigs.
When he quit playing he stored everything at my Grandma's (his Mom). This is unfortunately the only item that was not sold off...
"My uncle, who inspired me to play guitar" ... and you now have one of his amps, that's WAY COOL!!!
Treasure it.
Ministry is a US metal band .....

Obviously Judas Priest did well...
Burn the Priest
Severed Savior
Nun SLaughter
Impaled Nazarene
and Rotting Christ are a few more examples of "well thought" out STUPID names.........
Cool find! That one is worth restoring and keeping. Congrats Chris! Looks like a interesting project.
I don't know what I would do with a family accordion. I might sell it and buy a guitar. Lol.This one is a keeper forever! The only thing I have with a family history behind it...
...however I did find a really nice expensive accordion of my grandpa's, but what the hell will I do with that?
Very nice find/amp.
It should be played; Princeton's are one of my favourite Fender amps - they sound great.
