I'm guessing by the instruction copyright it's a 1974
Look at the tube chart on the inside right panel. Serial number should be there.

Or... check the codes on the transformers. Google it with the word "Transformer", and it should lead you to more info. Or post the codes here.
 
Who actually owned / used it?
Regardless of it's history after sitting for all of those years and you buying the estate it's yours now, BUT, still the history may be interesting.

Here is what I know. My uncle, who inspired me to play guitar, was in a band in the 60's and 70's. The band was named "Our Gang" and they played a lot of
bars and clubs in Ohio. They actually cut one album. My uncle was lead guitarist. He played a Gretsch first in the very early 60's and then a Les Paul Custom.
His main amp was a huge Kustom with the vinyl tuck and roll and this Princeton was his practice amp and also used for small gigs.

When he quit playing he stored everything at my Grandma's (his Mom). This is unfortunately the only item that was not sold off...
