Yea, he had that custom made. A while back a guy offered to make him one for a couple thousand. He sent the money and as time went on he began to realize he got scammed. So a guitar company (I forgot which one) made him one for free. Then another youtuber (stevieT) paid to have a 20 string made for him.
Interesting fact Jared dines (the one with an 18 string) is really good friends with mat heafy and even took his place when for some shows when mat couldn’t be there due to pregnant wife or something.
But yea, I hate those damn things. Maybe one day I’ll get a 7 string just to have one but... come on!!
