Beautiful. I really dig the doubled upper strings for melodic work, leaving the lower ones single for foundation bass parts.

Can't quite figure out the fretboard - it looks sort of semi-fretless. Sculpted surface, maybe?
Fretted and coated with something like epoxy? Or inlaid fretmarkers, just really subtle?

Really pretty instrument, regardless.
