Doing Some Knife Making! Here is a work in progress...

Blade on this one is 440C Stainless with a Nickel Guard and the Scales are Whale Bone I harvested myself from a dead whale that washed up on the beach when I was working in Shemya Alaska!

All the parts on this were made by me from flat bar stock.

It will have 8 Brass pins in those holes and it just needs a little more finish work to be completed.

Sweet . Is that a convex grind?

Blade collecting is a hobby of mine. Talk about a money pit. :pound-hand:

I have blades that cost more than most of my guitars.

It is! I have quite a collection myself, but I keep mine under $500 a piece.

Me too, but that's still more than most of my guitars. :pound-hand:

Seriously, I sold off all of my customs, I only have high end production now, like ZT, Spyderco, Emerson, Benchmade, etc. Still in the $250-ish range.

Your WIP looks nice. I love convex grinds, I can't wait to see the finished product.

My guitars ran in the $1000 to $4000 range!

I love the ZT, Bench Made, Esse and my Favorite folder is the Chris Reeves Sebenza!

Had a Sebenza Unique, and an Umnumzhan. Brilliant folders, but sold them during a rough patch.:(
