soon..turn company over..drive down..buy house...the 2 we looked at were on market for over 200 days..then last weekend both sold. This is a last house buy ever..so we be picky...just have to be liquid & ready to go..i love the hunt & messing with the agents..hoping private sale to avoid them...they dont need 15k for snickering at how i look.. ha ha..think i will wear the madman bites the bat Ozzy shirt from 83 when we meet the agents..
