Which guitar would YOU choose?

I scrapped the Firebird idea in favor of something hollow- or semi hollow with P90's. I'm about to flip a strat and one out means one in. So, what dou you think, an Epiphone Casino Worn or a Guild Starfire I Jet 90? The Epi is completely hollow and costs about $200 less. The Guild is semi hollow and comes with three P90's.

I'm expecting a lot of different, well founded and throughly motivated opinionsP:lol:

@Ramo you can just look at the pretty colors :p

I like the guild!

Try an Epi 339 if you want a nice Semi Hollow, or a Washburn like mine, HB 30 HB 40 like DonO's, I have a sweet ES 135 too.
I don’t know the Washburn model numbers that well, Chilli, mines a HB-35S. I bought this used from a GC about 20 years ago. It does not get played enough. It is a really nice playing guitar, the neck is full but not chunky. The 2 HBs will do jazz to hard rock. I had loaned this to a good friend, guitar teacher of mine back then, and he gigged with it for about 3 months.

Corrected, in my original post, Dono

The upper fret access is terrible on the Epi so I would say the Casino guitar is a bit of a gamble. But the Guild has better upper fret access and looks better. The award goes to Guild.:1:

I scrapped the idea of a new guitar because if I'm honest, I need one about as much as a hole on my head. I should actually sell a few more but I don't think I can bring myself to it, and all of the ones I have now I could see myself playing live.

I did however order a new (used) amp as a complement to the one I already have.

Good on ya for thinking clearly about what you really do, and don’t, need!
