Which Gibson SG Has The Widest Neck???

widest flattest thinnest one I ever played ---

I would also say ANY of them with the "adjust a nut" (yes Gibson argued the point but) the 2015 models (like my LP JR ) that came with ROBOTUNERS and the adjusta nut have the WIDEST fretboard Ive ever encountered outside a 5 or 6 string bass.....

If that version with the bat-wing pickguard from Sweetwater has the longer late sixties heel, it will be more stable than an early sixties style neck and heel. They are very thin, and go out of tune easily if you play ham-fisted. You'll definitely have to play with a more delicate touch on an early sixties style neck if you don't want every note to be out of tune. A Tele it is not.

Saw a comparison up at @Don O's villa today.

The '61 Reissue has a very minimal joint and two other SG's in Don's stable have huge, almost Les Paul-esque joints!!!!

I agree with this. My Epi G-400s (I have 3 of them) feel like they have a wider neck than my 2015 Gibson, and around the same thickness. I can measure both if you like

But, I certainly don't need another guitar. The SG's lightweight is nice. Last night was an easy 4 hours, consisting of two (50) minute sets with a 30 minute dinner break in between.

But then it got busy, so we ran the last two sets into one gigantic 120 minute set, then a 15 minute break and a 30 minute encode.

My 2021 Gibson Les Paul 50's Standard Gold Top (at 10.6 lbs) was feeling heavy by the end of the night.

I snapped this pic of the dining room just before bar closing.
