where is Norm????????????????????????

Here’s the view from our HOA beach on an inlet at our Lakeside place. It’s about a 5 minute boat ride from where the Grapevine is. We almost bought a boat last year when we bought that place but decided to wait a year or so. Those docks in the pic are part of the place and we can rent one for $2K for the season, which is dirt cheap for this lake.

@Yargnad, its not necessary to pick up slack on tele radios..... let it lose and hope it despairs into unknowns and never comes back.... (talking of tele radios)
St Johns?
OOPs, wrong person, hahahahaha

Nice view. Almost reminds me of Whiteys Fish camp down here where Jimmy Van Zant used to hang out all time. Can't find a pic with the view thats like this one but this is the place. The view from the deck to the right is incredible. They have a memorial out front for him. Great seafood place. I love the stuffed flounder.....

Beautiful, that's off the St. Johns isn't it?

That looks cozy and relaxing. Oh @CabanaBoy, I would like my Mai Tai now please....
Yea, the place has been here since at least the 1930s. The reason we knew about it was my wife’s dad was there when he was five in 1939 with his uncles. She has a picture of him with that same bridge in the background.

Not sure if you noticed the sign in the fish camp pic, but it says slow down for manatees. They swim all up in there and you can just sit there all day sipping on beers and watching them drift lazily by. I love manatees.
Been tubing at Blue Springs a few times, near DeLand.
It's incredible seeing these critters in the wild.
