Edit: sorry posted the wrong vid. That one was good, but I like this one better.
Love this song. Local Rock station used to play it every Friday at 5:00. If I wasn't delayed getting out the door I was able to listen to it most of the way home.

Every Friday for many, many years there have been two great shows on WUNH in Durham, New Hampshire (University of New Hampshire). The first is Jeff and the Kid, which is Jeff and his kid (who is now a college grad). The second is Mad Lion Reggae with the Kid as the host. The transition song between the two shows at 6:00 PM every Friday is "This Beat Goes On/Switchin' to Glide." I love when I'm commuting from up north and get to catch that on my way home.
