What's your main dirt pedal?

Wampler Hot Wired version 2 on the all purpose board.
Xotic SL drive on the "Worship" board.

This is my main "dirt pedal."

It's the channel switch that selects the distortion channel on my amp.

I'm serious.

Sometimes I'll use a Tubescreamer on the clean channel to add some hair, but this is pretty much all I use for dirt.

I get it

When I use channel switching amps like my Fenders and Peavey, yeah, technically that is the dirt pedal.
 
Ok, me I'm a big fan of the Danelectro Daddy-O. It's a cheap and underrated pedal, a bit noisy, but quite versatile.

But I'm a sucker for classics and lately I've been doing a lot of damage with this 70s killer overdrive:

I love how it powers up the mids of single coils
 
Well...no pics right now because my pedal board is 100 miles away...

...and I'm not a huge employer of dirt so I just use a Soul Food. I rarely get the drive past 1:00, same with volume...normally 11 to 12 will do.
 
The Bad Monkey is a very cool pedal too.

Spectre, I am no distortion guy myself, actually the MXR Dist+ is a late 70s pedal that is more of an overdrive.

I like it because I can easily go from mild crunch to some DIRTY 70s punk overdrive with a slight adjustment between songs, and I can do it with my foot.

The degree of transparency is tough to duplicate. Also, it has very subtle changes, real natural sounding breakup.

It is even better live. I do not believe in too much dirt on the board, but this will never leave mine. Also, the builder, Paul Cochrane is a good guy, a basement builder. I spoke to him once and he is very accommodating.
