I am bad with names, unless I get to work with them for a bit, and I can always remember Sparky ha ha .Anytime my friend! Nothing but the highest respect from me to a fellow blue collar tradesman.
And yeah sparky's fine, i get called that by duct guys, plumbers and carpenters all the time. I think a few of them really believe thats my real name lmao
Me too buddy, I cringe and fall apart with the word that brings plumbing into it.I really admire guys who know trades like you two chaps. I've seen Mitch's work and its impressive.
I worked on cars, served as a police officer and served 8 years in the U.S. Navy, but fixing a toilet terrifies me!!!!
Thank you for your service by the way! Sincerely appreciated!I really admire guys who know trades like you two chaps. I've seen Mitch's work and its impressive.

Agreed! My mother in law does not read music or know music theory. However she can play piano by ear. I took her with me to one of my web site customer's store locations where Adam Chester works selling pianos. Adam has toured the world with Elton John and my mother in law was playing piano and singing along with Adam. You would have never known that she did not know how to read music.Hey bro,
The way it was explained to me was.... You don't need theory or reading skills to play or create music, it's just a way to tell others what you've just played?
Your playing is top shelf, don't get on yourself 'cause of all that, it's the music we love, not the little black dots on the paper!
Very cool.My Dad came from a musical family. He played trombone and everyone else in his family played or sang. My Uncle is a Pastor in Florida and sings with a huge "megachurch" vibe, and put out a few gospel albums.
When I was in my early teens I started messing around with my Mom's classical acoustic guitar. She didn't play it and I just felt like learning. Then my cousin had a friend from LA who was in a pretty big LA band in the 80's come up. We met and he showed me a few things and I've been hooked ever since.
More Than a Feeling was the first tune I learned.
