Getting everything set up right is very difficult. These guitars and example of designed by committee. YouTube these guitars are the worst screwed up engineering ever. Get it right and have the patience of Jobe have a true gem. Getting to low action and no buzz you did it. I am starting to like it and stuff I always do like toss the stock nut. I have brass and of course I could always give it the bone. I have the afternoon off tomorrow and I will be at it again. A great guitar to have, now being picky holds things back. Next something completely different! A Jaguar!

Hey Kevy Paully Woggy...can you explain all the controls on your Jazz Master for us...what do those 2 thumb wheels above the pick ups do and that slide switch. I gots da know!

The three upper are for the neck pick up only. The switch up at the top is to turn on those controls. Up position turns on the neck circuit. The little wheels are volume and tons for that totally separate section. It sounds a lot darker than the neck pick up in the regular curuit. Push that switch down and the three way works just a regular guitar. The upper wiring is mostly for wedding and birthdays.
How is this done? No body knows! I'm playing it tonight and I am bringing a back up. The one is not my guitar. That is a Mustang bridge and the only thing is a buzz stop.
