I keep trying to thin my herd and what happens...sell a couple and then buy or trade for more...

I currently have 4 guitars inbound and I'm on the prowl for an acoustic as well...

Somebody help me stop the madness...and no I'm not sending them to you Adrian :D:D:D:hide:

Chris --- here is what you do--- BEFORE you can buy/trade or acquire (must use proper wording here) in ANY FASHION another MUSICAL INSTRUMENT ----you must contact me--- we will "discuss" the purchase and I will tell you NO! I will then drone on in the fashion of old men that sit outside Sundries stores in small towns in Ohio about how the cost of everything today is RIDICULOUS and that in my day you could get a good guitar for 15.00 ---how Birtha Mae and and Eddie lost the twins in an amusement park and they where found by a Large brown dog and some guy in a Mystery machine.....then I will bore you with my stories of shopping at Higbees in Cleveland when I was a lad ........and this will ramble on and on until you want to drive a nail through your skull---or forget about buying anything other than a stiff drink.......

ITs the least I can do.
 
I have seriously got to pick my favorites, move the rest and stop buying until I'm down to under 10 in the house...
 
I say, you are fine. You can afford it, it makes you happy and it does not hurt anyone. As long as your wife also gets the things that make her happy, it would be foolish to do anything different. I do not know if you knew this, but we are all going to die one day...no really!

I want to get down to "10"...I am currently at 17 with 4 incoming...

Why 10?
Why not 9 or 11?
6 and 15 make pyramids too.
Is 10 an arbitrary number or is there a scientific methodology behind it?
 
wait---if I only have 10----then how many amps am I allowed??????

can I get rid of some guitars and get more amps----- or .....if I divide by the number of pedals---multiply by the square root of pi and -----er wiat---- do we have pie?????

I have under 20 guitars myself so what are you bitchin' about? I had to sell my Yamaha bass guitar with active pickups to buy my Jackson King V guitar...in black of course just to keep my wife happy at the time. Rock on!
