The past two weeks I have been playing the Jackson V, not very much but I have been playing it, last Saturday I purchased some strap buttons, and installed them, and repositioned the front one, no more neck dive

I haven't been able to play much between final preparation of selling my folks' house and travelling for work again. But, these three have been on their stands, anxiously waiting my attention for whenever I have free time at home. I do manage to play an hour or so a few nights a week. The '16 ES-335, '22 Eric Johnson "Virginia" Strat, and my homemade Billy-Bo get most of the picking time. Sometimes I also play my Martin D-16T when I don't want to plug in. For amps, it's mostly been my homemade Trainwreck Express and Tweed Princeton. Although, I did play my '72 Hiwatt DR103 a bunch lately. When we've managed to jam, the amp of choice has been my '63 Bandmaster.

This past week my number one has been my Stellar brand LP knockoff... I've been testing a new "BeastMaster* strap idea for weighty guitars and it's my heaviest... been sitting down too much recording junk with the RiffMaster thing... so it's fun to be on my feet more again. This guitar was my #1 for years until I decided I liked DCs a little more.
String change, cleaned 'er up, and oiled the board last night... and back to black pup frames, looks a little meaner now I think. I'll be taking it (for strap demos,)
my Golden Turdocaster (for giggles) and my amazingly dumb "Glaminator" to a guitar show this weekend.
Hoping to sell the First Act off, my second serious guitar refinish / mod project and it'll go with the third strap I ever made!

I really love the look of a Gold Strat. I really wished that I could have grabbed a "Dick Dale" tribute Strat when they were released. The Shoreline Gold looks great on that guitar.
