I have no idea on how many I have read, but the first one was about Jim Morrison and the Doors, about 40 years ago! You'd love my book collection! Well over 200 Rock & Roll books!
I am at page 40- something right now..Thats a great book! I read it a few years ago on my Kindle
So, I like literature a lot and I am sure many of you like reading too.
I still nourish the habit of buying, collecting and reading actual books, though this disgusting tech race we're witnessing is making this harder and harder each day. It's becoming tough to pick up a book and forget about your cell phone. People just don't understand that they can wait a bit for your replies on Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook or the inbox of whatever else...
Of course, being an avid reader I have a Kindle for practical reasons. You can't always have all your books at hand and this little device helps you in trips and when you want to read a particular book that isn't readily available in paper.
So, what have you been reading lately? Let's talk about books and show pictures of the ones you are currently reading!
My favorite American writer has always been Hemingway, but lately I am having a good time reading Jack London's The Sea Wolf, picked up a cool Heritage Press edition last week.

Chris, probably the same time frame.
I donated all the books I had to the recording studio we were working on a couple of years ago, for their musicians lounge, for after we were long gone from the job.
At that time Iron Man was the last one I had read, Tony Iommi’s book.
Got these from my wife today. Didn‘t know that either existed. Can‘t wait to dig into them. The photos look awesome.

Martin Scorsese has a movie in the works right now for Killers of the Flower Moon actually!I've been downloading a lot of ebooks to my tablet lately.
After reading
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance,
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F#@k,
Killers of the Flower Moon (a great expose' on the many murders of Osage Indians for oil rights in Oklahoma)
And several Jo Nesbo books from the Detective Harry Hole series (don't know what he was thinking about when he named the main character)
I decided to get some ancient classics and just finished The Illiad and am currently reading the 186 page intro notes to The Odyssey. Both are the Robert Fagles translations which are fairly easy reads. One thing I've learned from The Illiad is that people's emotions, thoughts, motivations, and actions haven't changed much in 3000yrs.
i bet it will be 100 hour longMartin Scorsese has a movie in the works right now for Killers of the Flower Moon actually!

I started reading this book again after almost a decade. I love the way this guy writes as its very street level and like how i would talk to a buddy ( lots of cursing and colorful descriptions lol). Its definitely a history book about the most insane people who did impossible things. The word badass gets tossed around a lot but thats not a strong enough word for most of the people in this book. Very fun read if you manage to swing a copy.
