What are you playing today

Last night's sonic assassins. 2013 '61 Les Paul Reissue into a DST U34-CL and '70s Marshall 4x12. Had the DST set on the Hiwatt side. Sounded quite good against Tom's Acoustic 360/301 rig. He used much more pedals than I tend to.

The 360 pre-Amp is one of the pedals on the floor. He had it custom made years ago. Practice is always like playing with John Paul Jones at Madison Square Garden. Fortunately, his neighbors don't complain.

Enjoying the dual octave mandolin the piezo pickup through the ODS Green Hornet amp sounds great the acoustic Morley preamp
I got years ago not so good but the UA Enigmatic 82 overdrive special stomp box on the clean channels not bad think I will keep it just
for piezo pickup instruments.

Today I revisited an old friend. This was my most successful Warmoth build and the only one I still have up and running. I'd planned on selling it so it's been sitting in a case for a while now getting no love. Today I decided to pull it out and make sure it was still set up good and tuned up as I was thinking about trying to sell it again. I'm so used to playing my LPs this thing feels like a toy, it's so light. I was kind of shocked at how good it sounds and how much I liked the 59 roundback neck profile. It was the first time playing it since I got my Origin. The Origin loved it, I might have to hang onto it after all.

I have a DD in one of my V’s , it’s good but for the songs I’m playing Michael had T-tops in the Medallion . This one might get the pickups I got from you, pearly gates.
I like the heavy tones ,I just don’t play much of them.
