Painkiller is one of my favorite Priest songs of their entire catalog.

Some bands that have careers that span 30-40 years have their periods of awesomeness and occasional not so hot albums and then I lose interest in their more current stuff.

Yes, I know that Painkiller is like a middle aged song, but to me, it foretells that even more badass material would continue to be produced by Tipton, Downing, Faulkner, Halford, Ian Hill, Ripper Owens, Holland, Travis...well into the 2010's, 2020's.
