Having grown up in a row house with postage stamp yard, and an apartment( obviously with no garage or yard. I always have needed and wanted a garage. Needless to say, my first dirtbike wouldn't have gotten stolen when I was 15, if I had a garage. My vehicles would not have had weather damage ( except road salt b/s.

When I was house hunting for my 1st place, I always wished I could have essentially bought a garage with an apartment sized house attached to it. All a bachelor needs.

Both set of my grand parents lived in row houses. On my dads side, the block in Baltimore city was so long their address was 2693 1/2. More than 100 homes on the block !
