What are you GAS-ing for?

I was kind of toying with the idea of getting a nicer Jackson since my cheap one plays so dang nice, or building an even nicer one from Warmoth parts and then I arrived here at the cabin today and got to spend a few minutes with my '18 SG Standard. I got over that GAS real quick. Still, I don't think I can ever be done until I get a Les Paul Custom in tuxedo. I've wanted one since the 1980's and the feeling just never goes away.

I get the Jackson comment. I really like mine, and it’s a cheap one, too.

You could always “Les Paulize” your Jackson. That’s what I did with mine.

I just happen to have step-by-step instructions handy!

You‘re welcome!

Holy carp! After 8 pages I couldn't remember which thread I got there from. I really like what you did there being kind of a Gibson conoseur myself. The stock volume knob is definitely in my way. And I would have to disassemble my pickups and convert them to 4 wire to do the split coils thing. Of course, my problem is the tools that I would need cost as much as a pro model Jackson!

I have the Rocket and Express but not this one.

Are those 2 of the amps I pointed out in the other thread behind the cream Dumbly lookin heads?
thanks to @Sp8ctre im now KEMPER GASSin' .... thanks Chris
