I'm getting really close. There has been a TON of work done on the place in the last couple of months. I've had contractors in there and I've been working, too. I hope to have it listed in the next couple of weeks, at the latest.

I haven't touched a guitar in months, except when I packed them up to move into the new place.

Does anybody want to buy a house in southern Maryland, within easy commuting distance to DC?

Fender American Vintage 57' reissue Stratocaster in very good condition. I actually can’t see any marks or blemishes on the guitar itself, but put “very good” condition anyway. Not sure when it was made exactly, but it was bought around 2008. The serial number lists it as made between 1998-2012. A
