What are you GAS-ing for?

I used to have one of those Mustang Fender amps. Never could figure it out.
Yeah, that’s what I expected with the Kemper....a steep learning curve. What I got was a metric-fvk-ton of useful amp profiles either on a dial, or with a scroll and mouse click, away.
Yeah, I could get in deep, but I just haven’t felt the need. I can blow through 3 hours of playing time without noticing.

I'm gonna get an A/B Y pedal so I can choose between 2 different Marshalls with 6 knobs, or both at the same time. o_O

That’s one of the many projects.

Along with the Explorer, Flying V, paint the garage, fix the motorcycle, work on landscaping, etc...,

Also, need to play more. Hopefully as everyone in my various musical projects get vaccinated, they’ll all feel more comfortable about jamming again.
Soon here too....the jamming....about a month probably....

Last night I had a dream where a guitar was built. It was like a Gibson ES-335 sorry, 339 but instead of the traditional hollowbody centerblock / plywood construction the body was weight relief carved out of mahogany and there was a maple top, like a Les Paul.

Had to look it up whether it exists. Of course it does, it's the ES-336 / CS-336.

Okay then. Surely there's no lefty version?

(Un)luckily these seem to be rare as hen's teeth. So if I start saving now I might have enough when the next one pops up somewhere...

Oh how I long for the simpler times of a few weeks ago when I knew next to nothing about Gibson, had never played one and had a sort of vague aversion towards them...

Anyway I'm off to bed, let's see what comes up next.

I am totally gassing for a cat sitter. Or just someone to let him sleep on.

Otherwise, today I need a Radial Big Shot ABY, some 1215 humbucker slugs, a Radial Big Shot EFX, a good jumper for my 1987 inputs, 4 Celestion G12h30 speakers, an electronic drum set, more mics, an ES Les Paul,... I could probably go on forever.
