I havent bought really anything gear related in a long time, like 11 years or so except for an attenuator and an Overdrive pedal. I would however love to get a guitar with a tremolo, something i have never owned actually.
If price isnt a factor, id love to have one made at Halo Guitars , something truly original to just me. But over $4000 definitely shies me away. That being said, one guitar i always wanted was the Fender Iron Maiden Stratocaster from the early 2000s

JUST get this as I understand it it has EVERYTHING ---- EVER and you can ADD the NEW things it doesnt have as they are invented........ so this pedal gives you EVERy F*IN distortion PEDAL EVER
and some amp and cabinet models-- and oh EVERY OTHER EFFECT EVER MADE......
its also driven several people MAD

Funny.....I haven’t had the patience to take advantage of a small percentage of what the Kemper has on tap. I turn the system on, scroll through the amp list, select something randomly, play for a while, and move on. I might make a few adjustments on a rare occasion, but there‘s really sooooooooooo much on tap and ready to go....that thing is crazy. In a good way.
I’m not selling my amps though....

EXACTLY why I dont have ANY KEMPER gas.
I have ZERO patience---was finishing the 3rd PHASE of my porch today ---cussed a blue streak 5 times--- threw a hammer twice--- cursed architects -- engineers---gravity--- Athos Porthos AND MOE!
Nope a Kemper would drive me to a bell tower with a rifle for sure .................................

a 1x6x8 is actually 5/8th x 5 3/4 x8ft 1/2" --- and crooked.... with huge rot spots and those were the best they had --- for 10.00 EACH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thing is, it does “just work really well”. I didn’t intend to convey anything negative about them. What I did mean was that the Kempers can be thoroughly enjoyed without much fuss...I can truly just plug in, choose a profile, and play for as long as I want to. No worries about tube wear, the rising electric bill, being too loud, etc.
I just haven’t found much need to fiddle around with it endlessly....most of the profiles sound good as they’re loaded. I might adjust the gain, or ditch a reverb or delay....but I might not. Oooooh! I did add a “fuzz” once(and saved it for easy access later).
