BTW asparagus is my fav. Always cook it with Eggs Benedict. Try this: you break it instead of chop it, so you get what you're meant to. Large skillet, butter, high heat, garlic salt, shake it around momentarily. I have discovered it's wonderful raw in salad-very nutty.Sounds excellent, and I even know what you mean !! Shoulda said something before I went to grocery and got a lousy pork roast, which will have a ton of fresh rosemary and garlic on it . . .
