What Are You Doing Right Now?

I put in just over 5 miles in the mud and rocks.
Back feels great! Knees are junk!

Nothing but sitting on the couch but I will be busy once I get going. Digging a trench for the retaining wall. 25’ long 3-4’ wide and a foot deep. It’s almost done.
Taking advantage of the rainy season.
Once summer hits, it’s hard to spend more than couple hours out back.
Oh and cutting some trees also, might get a pic.

Nothing music related. Making our doggy some dog friendly jerky. 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground turkey. Lightly seasoned with dog friendly herbs/spices.... zero salt and pepper. I sampled a previous batch and with some salt and pepper for the humans, it's actually pretty good. And it must taste good to her as well. She goes pretty nuts over it.

Not so much me. Our weather last night was just some lighting and thunder with some rain. 80-90 miles south of us got hammered. Reports still coming out, but at least one confirmed tornado on the ground. Have not heard about other areas in the Central Midwest as this was a fairly large storm that moved out of the plains. Anyway..... a couple photos from Kankakee ILL. Fortunately the local Sheriff has reported only a few minor injuries reports. No fatalities. There is property damage with power poles and wires down.

Been trying to get my new Antelope Audio Discrete 8 ORYX Audio interface working found out it does not work
with the Tascam model 24 D sub 25 snake but it does work with my Zoom R20 16 track recorder
The Tascam did work with the 4 channel Antelope Audio Zen Quarto the preamps in the new Antelope Audio are next level
I didn't care for the drum recordings on the Tascam 24 using expensive microphones
I had Joe play the drums I eq and set the levels and trim gain 4 on the Zoom recorder play back was so loud I had to lower the level on the monitors and the Heritage Audio monitor controller the recordings are so clean next was the bass Antelope Audio has a Ampeg SVT
plug in and ten guitar amps next was the vocal microphone next I played the Tascam 24 the last song we recorded made me want to puke
I have Ableton live 12 DAW learning that now.
