Finished some Vocals & final mixdown in process.. Kinda emotional one this time.. never forget after my divorce..all my picture frames on the wall have no pictures.. people laugh when they come over..left em all that way..i say thats my new family..

Tile work in Master Bath. Short story. Toilet was not installed properly by contractor. Wax seal never sealed. Leaked. Sub-floor got wet and moldy, it was pretty nasty in the crawl space.........
Company we hired to remediate the mold took a sledge hammer to the tile and cut out the backer board. What you can't see in the photo is that they managed to crack a tile, which meant having to cut a couple tiles down to get around the fractured tile.
Still had a little bit of backer board left so I was able to do this:
Fortunately, we had some left over tile so my wife was able to jig-saw puzzle the area back together. (Rented tile saw from HD....That was my job)
Still need to seal grout, reinstall trim and properly reset the toilet. Don't feel the need to share the after toilet installation photo.

Third day working with contractors finishing off the inside of my wife’s 8’x24’ she-shed. We’ll be installing a 3/4” plywood subfloor and then vinyl sheet flooring today. It has heat and A/C and I’ll be installing a sink with running water. It will also get a wall mounted TV and an Alexa.
There is an order of importance to be taken in to account though.That's a whole lot bigger task than a little 9 sq ft tile project.

Reluctantly I drove across the bridge and went to Salem tonight even though Haunted Happenings is in full swing. Went to meet a friend at the pub across the street from the Hawthorne Hotel. As I drove towards the Commons, I realized the Jack-o’-lantern festival is this week, and thought “What have I done?”
Because it’s a rainy Monday, I managed to find a parking spot across the street, and because I had to loop around I was facing in the correct direction for a speedy get away. Even though there were a ton of tourists we got a table right away.
Had a nice night of good company and am now back home. Good beer, good friends, good times.

Well, working with my 2 daughters . Setting up a trust & they are opting to keep my house as a rental & split income with the option to sell when both agree.
It's wild how different the tax implications are in certain scenarios. Paying even more tax seems so stupid cause ya already paid it the whole way through..why the raping of your money when you pass if you dont figure out how to maneuver it is so stupid.

I missed out big time found a guitar PRS McCarthy Brazilian 1 of 250 made in 1999 decided to buy it last night sold
well October is a ruff month property tax, insurance, heating oil, paid off the credit card form the PRS McCarthy last month

Interestingly, this one I was watching, not to buy, but to see if it sold. It too sold within the last few days. Brazilian neck and fretboard.
