Done, every Tuesday, after work is set up. Go to river & the jungle gym. Various grip pull ups till failure & then immediately after, super wide grip pushups till failure. Lock it up till cant squeeze another one out then hanging leg raises to failure. It starts the 5 day weightlifting cycle then 2 rest

At the moment. Absolutely nothing. Have my pooch curled up next to me using my lap as a pillow. Unwritten rule. When your pet’s curled up in your lap…. You let them.

The old 2012 laptop died this morning, ordered a new one on Amazon.

I didn’t wait for my old laptop to die. It has been a bit wonky for awhile. Old enough I couldn’t update from Win10 to 11. Late last year I popped for a new one…. Actually about a year ago this month. Combination of a big discount from HP and a cash discount I had available from another source, got the thing at a really reasonable cost. Added up to be about 40% off retail.

Only thing I’m really not sold on with the new one. Best I could do was a 16” screen. My old one is a 17” screen. Wouldn’t think 1” would be that different…. But there’s a huge difference. Oh well.

Fresh off ANOTHER hospital run for my dad. I"m Thinking of getting a siren and rotating red light for my truck. Roads sucked today too... 3" of slush, for 50 miles, one way. Blech.

I’m clueless as to why you’re in a hospital, but prayers towards a sweet recovery!

It's funny I don't really remember posting about it ha ha ha, I was high as a kite when I came out.

Short version, I broke my back years ago.
Have been fighting a losing battle staving off surgery.
It slipped and was pinched so bad I couldn't even live.... Been a few months arranging surgery schedule.
Just had it fixed. L4,L5,S1 fusion and some decompression a few higher as well.
Dr said it went well and is fixed sturdy and strong.
Now I have a bit of a healing journey.
Still in the hospital now waiting for my drain to slow up enough to get released.
Luckily I'm a fast healer!
