What Amp are you playing today?

Am final voltage/tone testing the last amp here to be built, made it out of scrapped out parts (I think this is version #8 and it's getting messy in there ), I think I am done, yup done.
Done, done as in last amp to be built-- for good, and will be off into other venues

The done amp has a choice of either two input jacks for the user, take your choice. Simplicity really, but choices

One jack is typical Fender based Bright channel triode input to a Marshall based cathode follower, Marshall tone stack, 12 watt 6CM6 tube based power section.

( Note, not the typical Fender setup of casting "made gain" directly into a tone stack to cut said "made gain ", then trying to "up" the remaining gain with a following stage. )

The other jack is typical Marshall based Bright high channel triode input to the same cathode follower, tone stack, and power section.

Choose your flavor. A good platform amp, and good for home noodling.

A happy day here. First time ever that I fired up an amp and was able to "hear THAT TONE that has been rolling around in my head for years".

That is a neat feeling.

Maybe its my day to die happy, who knows.

I get it happened to me in 2010 I built a 100 watt ODS high plate skyline EQ but way to loud for stage use
so I built a 50 watt but the clean channel was distorted so I de tuned V1 from 220K 150K to 135K x 2
